As a Warehouse Manager, I was responsible for and directed the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping activities of the ComputerLand warehouse located in Tukwila, WA.
As a Computer Technician, I received training in the installation, repair and service of eqpuipment produced by all the major computer manufacturers, including IBM, Compaq, Apple, AST, etc. and was responsible for the installation, repair and service of equipment sold and brought in for repair at the Federal Way, WA and Tukwila, WA locations.
As a Network Specialist, I assisted ComputerLand's local Novell Authorized Networking Engineer in the installation of computer networks at companies around the Puget Sound.
As an Inside Salesperson, I assisted customers at the Tukwila, WA location in selecting and purchasing computer systems that suited their needs.
As an Outside Salesperson, I called on corporate customers for ComputerLand, and was responsible for several corporate accounts at the Seattle, WA location, including the following:
